Allows you to specify the order in which the UCL's (Unified
Call List) Call
IDs for individual Contact entries will
appear in the radio's display. To change the current order, select an
item using the mouse cursor and drag it to a new position in the list.
The entire UCL is saved
to the radio along with all of the codeplug's
CPS defined features. 
Viewing / editing of Contact
entries is radio-user initiated with a 
Contacts
button-press or
Contacts
menu-selection. This selection applies on a radio-wide basis.
When the radio is model / option capable.
